I never need to touch the tempature in freezer or fridge always PERFECT ?? NO exaggeration I have never enjoyed my vegetables for so long and fruit and other products Jerry Etc I recommend it 100% to anyone thank you for making this model

So far so good. I have an issue with the delivery guys and defect on back of refrigerator. There was a large jagged scratch on top right of freezer. More time is needed but I hope all goes well.

I like the finish, ours is a brushed Stainless Steel finish, it™™s smaller than our last model but it is more suitable for us ,it™™s only the two of us.

I would like to provide a review of ZERO stars, but they do not have that option. This is a good small refrigerator until it isn't and then you will have to deal with Frigidaire's terrible customer support. I have an extended service plan on the unit, but the repairman who came said it could not be fixed and they would replace the unit. Well, that was over two months ago and I have not heard anything from them regarding a replacement. I need a refrigerator, but Frigidaire does not care and do not respond to my e-mails and are hopeless on the phone with other than "it will come soon" with no date provided. All they do is refer me to their support site, so I thought I would write a review of them. The fridge, not so bad when it works. Frigidaire Service and Support is ABYSMAL!!! By a GE and stay away from Frigidaire.

The fridge itself works beautifully and looks great. But when I called in a handyman to reverse the doors, it took him 2 hours to do the job because he needed to go to the hardware store twice to get different unusual screwdrivers for the various screws used in the construction. Why the need for the nonstandard screws? Unclear!

This small fridge for our downstairs bar is perfect. Delivery was on time and smooth. No dents or scratches. I installed the optional ice maker myself and it was straight forward if you are handy with basic tools. Highly recommended.

I™™m updating my kitchen and originally went against my gut and purchased a Hotpoint that fit the space I wanted just a little better and was slightly less expensive. I immediately regretted it. Even before it completely stopped working, I realized I wished I™™d gone with this one instead. This fridge is attractive and is very spacious inside despite still being a smaller appliance. I would purchase again without hesitation.

Downsizing from a 30 plus year old 20 cubic feet Amana brought this 13.9 cubic foot Frigidaire to our home. We were used to a bottom freezer so the top freezer is okay but the bottom fridge causes both of us to get on our knees to even see what is inside let alone get something. I built a 12 inch riser to put the unit on so we don't have to get on the floor. One day in use and one of the two LED fridge lights went out and no apparent way to get to it to (maybe?) install a new LED. Shelving and drawers are cheap - when compared with the old Amana but that's what things are today. Glad we did get this unit on sale. It runs well and freezes and cools well. The temperature adjustments respond well.

Bought in 2022 for kitchen. Compressor goes out and Frigidaire says it is out of warrantee so not their problem. Very frustrating in the lack of regard for customers who purchase major appliances. Something like a refrigerator should last more than 2 years without issues.

Upgraded for our garage refrigerator from a 9 cu ft to the Frigidaire 13.9 and it is roomy and just fits perfectly in the spot we have. i can fill it with extra vegetables from the Farmers Market and the freezer is adequate for extra food too. It keeps everything cold and fresh.

Quality product. Not going to lie, I thought with the way most products are nowadays that it would be just another appliance. I was so wrong! It cools well & is roomy! The fit was perfect as well. Love the finish! Easy to clean.

Nice looking fridge and working well so far. Please note that this fridge uses what's called a hot wall condenser. Instead of a condenser at the bottom with a fan for heat exchange, this fridge radiates heat from the side walls (without a fan). On initial setup it got extremely hot, as it had the most cooling to do. Future buyers need to account for clearance when installing fridge. Fridges with a bottom condenser with fan generally require only 3,/8" clearance. This one is recommended 3.2" at top and I believe 1.2" at sides and back, although I would do 3" at sides unless you have a very cool home with good air circulation in the kitchen.Also to take note is on switching the door hinge. Unfortunately frigidaire delivery people would not move the hinges to the left side. I've read other customers having issue with doing the swap, some needing to even order parts. I will eventually do it but waiting until after the summer should it not be straightforward.

We got this residential refrigerator to replace a propane/electric fridge that had died in our 5th wheel camper. The old Norcold unit was a massive 18 cubic foot model. It was going to cost about $3,000 to repair. We replaced it with the Frigidaire which was less than $450, and weighed 120 pounds less. We had to start up the old unit about 2 days ahead of time to get cold. The Frigidaire gets cold in a few hours and is very quiet. The 14 cubic foot model has plenty of room for food and we added a voltage inverter to run it on 12 volt battery power when traveling. We love it!!

I purchased this fridge in February and two weeks ago it died. The repairmen said the freon leaked out and a part ordered for replacement. I still don't have a working fridge and customer service is a nightmare to deal with. Beware!

I've had this a short time but the size is exactly what I need both freezer and frig. Love the one drawer for veg. I've downsized with this frig and it makes it so much easier to know what I have and doesn't become overcrowded. While I don't know that a family of four or more could use this size it's perfect for 1-2 people.

After 22 years my refrigerator broke and I had to purchase a new one based on what could fit in my home and kitchen. PC Richards recommended this model based on the specification and dimensions of my old refrigerator. BIG MISTAKE. I regret going with Frigidaire, which was one a reputable and trusted brand. These fridges are made like trash and the energy star components are not made the way they used to be. I have had 3 refrigerators of this brand and model delivered. First refrigerator was dented and defective, so the delivery men never even brought it in the home. Second refrigerator the door did not close correctly, made noise everytime it opened and closed, and the refrigerator noises were loud and constant and could be heard throughout the home. After placing some food and water in the refrigerator, it ran constantly and the sides of the refrigerator were very hot to the touch as well, which was worrisome and I was told by customer service to unplug it and that a replacement would be sent. Third refrigerator was fine at first, until I put food in it. I waited one hour after delivery before plugging it in and let it be empty for over 24 hours, as recommended. The problems began again after placing food and beverages in it. It was not keeping the food cold, everything was warm and condensated. It was running for hours, making a humming sound and and it was extremely hot on both of the sides of the refrigerator. Each time I spoke with a representative they told me to unplug it and that they would work with me to solve the problem. Instead of replacing this third refrigerator, they want to send a technician to see if it is defective. I don't want this refrigerator! At this point I just want my money back or to replace the refrigerator with a different brand and model. The customer service number that you need to contact regarding any problems has not been very understanding. I don't want a technician to come check it. It is brand new and it has only been 3 days. This is no acceptable. What happens in a few weeks or a month from now? Am I going to be sent a technician each time there is a problem? Is this going to be a regular occurrence? The technician can't come to look at it for two weeks. What am I supposed to do about food and beverage? This is not ok. It is inexcusable. And reading the manual for this appliance it is worrisome to even have it in the home, given all the warnings about what could happen when a technician works on it. I am the consumer. This is my money and my investment. Show some respect to the consumers and if they do not want the product anymore, take it back and refund the money. Believe me this will be disputed, reported with the Better Business Bureau and if needed the media, like ABC 7 News, 7 on Your Side or Fox 5 News, Shame on You. It's just unacceptable. The quality of the products these days are so low and for the prices consumers pay for products that are of such poor quality is a whole other issue.
